Stern Insider Connected Upgrade Kit - Pro

Kit upgrades Stern Pro Spike 2 LCD pinball machines to be compatible with the new Stern Insider Connected feature.

Insider Connected is the greatest advance to pinball in decades, enhancing and extending player engagement. Players can register at a connected game by scanning a QR code or at the Stern Pinball website. Once a player registers, they are issued a unique QR Code that can be used to identify that player at any connected Stern pinball machine anywhere in the world. When a player logs into the machine, they can track their progress, earn new game specific achievements, engage with the player community, and participate in promotions and Challenge Quests. When players complete quests, they receive loyalty rewards.

Each kit contains a WIFI dongle, QR reader, micro SD card, plug in wiring, necessary hardware, stickers with QR code to register for Insider Connected, and easy installation & set up instructions.  

The Pro version will come with a new plastic bottom arch (although newer model Pro games are fitted with the updated arch).

***There are a few Spike 2 games the kits will NOT work for, due to different sizing: Batman, Elvira, Beatles, Star Wars Premium, and Stranger Things Pro WITH an existing UV Kit. We will have more information on these kits at a later date.**

Orders under 70 lbs:- When free economy shipping is selected for orders under 70 lbs., the order will ship via the most economical service from UPS, Fedex, or USPS.

Pinball Machines, Arcade Games, etc. are shipped via Freight Carrier on a pallet. We will contact you when we receive the order to confirm all shipping information. Once the game has shipped and arrives at the delivery terminal, the Freight Carrier will contact you to set up a 3-4 hour window for delivery. All games are delivered with a liftgate service and the driver will place the item in your driveway. (They may place it in your garage, but are not required to do so.) ***Free Shipping only applies to orders in the contiguous United States.International Orders:For orders being shipped to international locations (outside the United States), the customer is responsible for all taxes and duties associated with their purchase. The customer is also responsible for handling all applicable customs processes utilizing a customs broker of their choosing. Game Room Guys can help provide recommendations for navigating the customs process and locating a customs broker when required.
