RCA ELECTRONICS POWER TUBE LAMP AWARD 35 YEAR EMPLOYEE RETIREMENT 1947 - 1982
Belonged to a Charles H. Lang who worked as a member of the technical staff at RCA in Lancaster P.A. for 35 years and retired in 1982.
Very Unique piece that RCA made for this much loved employee. Brass plate on lamp states: C.H. Lang Power Tube Service 1947-1982Very Good shape, No Shade, works and was tested with bulb. See Photos.

Charles H. Lang, 93, of Lancaster, PA, passed away on Wednesday, April 30th, 2014 at Quarryville Presbyterian Retirement Community. He was the loving husband of the late Jennie S. Ferich Lang. Born in Harrison City, PA, he was the son of the late William and Flora Fink Lang.
He was a longtime member of First Reformed Church in Lancaster, PA, where he was a former deacon and elder. He also spent many joyful years in the senior choir and as a tenor soloist.
In his younger years, he spent his life traveling all over the United States pursuing his passion, as a trumpeter/musician with a big band group. Charles was a 50+ year member of Greensburg Musical Society, Local #339, American Federation of Musicians.
Charles also was very active in other clubs and groups, including Lamberton Lodge, No. 476, Free and Accepted Masons, where he was the Past Master; Lancaster Lodge of Perfection, 14th Degree; Harrisburg Consistory, 32nd Degree; and the Royal Arch Chapter, No. 43, Goodwin Council, No. 19, and Lancaster Commandery, No. 13, all of Lancaster.
Charles was a member of the Technical Staff at RCA in Lancaster, PA. After 35 wonderful years at RCA, including when he met his wife Jennie, he retired in 1982.
