This listing is for one preowned HAND PAINTED original animation cel. This adorable Wizard of Oz themed collectible cel features Dorothy, Toto, and the Yellow Brick Road, not to mention a few green elephants. The certificate of authenticity is included.

Please note that the frame and plexiglass have some damage, and you may wish to have it reframed. If you would prefer I remove it from the frame prior to shipping, I will be able to save on shipping expenses.

All items come from a smoke-free home. We do have one kitty, but he isn't allowed in the office.
