Original wood and glass frames are primitive in design and condition. The linen is wrapped around the framed plywood and nailed.
"My Country" has a water mark stain in the lower right-hand corner.
Along the frames' edge under the glass, there are fragments of wood from the frame? / soil? / mildew?
I can't say for certain. The glass could possibly be removed for further inspection and the issue addressed.
