Vintage Hospital Photograph Medical Operating Theatre Surgical V Large Surgery For Sale

Large photograph in matte finish of an empty operating theatre. 21" x 17" mounted. Looking at the age of the Hanaulux lights I am wondering if this dates to 80's? I have found a photo from a surgeons obituary taken in the mid 80's and it looks like the same lighting. Eschmann operating table. I am wondering of this could be taken in an abandoned hospital? There is a single light on the wall panel and the time shows 6.15am - is that dawn light shining in the window and door? its certainly not a digital image and has been taken on film. Often these places still have power to them and LEDS still lit!

In excellent condition it's been behind glass - photo will be sent in original mount.
