Looks like one brush is missing. I pressed on the plastic over the red ink to see if it was still wet, so i made a mark inside the plastic. See photos for condition. I don't believe this has ever been used. It's just been sitting on a shelf for quite some time. Some stains from age on the bottom paper backing, but no noticeable odors. May have some dust on box. Smoke-free home. Happy to combine shipping.
