The Arena was a central-Pennsylvania steakhouse billed as \'The House of Fine Beef,\' serving prime ribs, fine steaks and seafood, with \'the beautiful El Toro Lounge\' offering full cocktail service. It ran two locations: State College, at 130 Heister Street just off College Avenue, and Philipsburg, at the intersection of Routes 322 and 53. It no longer operates, and its former State College address at 130 Heister Street is now occupied by a Primanti Bros. Restaurant and Bar.
