Whenthe first series of Michael Jackson cards in 1984, some of which featured an image of him with noticeably red lips.

• Michael Jackson's disapproval:It seems Michael Jackson, or perhaps his representatives, weren't happy with the appearance, possibly feeling it made him look like he was wearing lipstick.
• Recall and replacement:Consequently, the cards with the red lips were recalled from the market and replaced with new packs featuring images of Michael Jackson without the red lips.
• These recalled "red lips" packs are now considered rare...
