A complete set of 90 mint trading cards featuring Gil Elvgren's Calendar Pinups. These are his famous 1930s through 1960s paintings usedmany timesin different advertising media for Brown and Bigelow, Inc. Produced in this format in 1994. This is the second of his 3 pinup trading card sets. The first two series of 90 cards each, were issued by Comic Images, Inc, in 1993 and 1994. The third set of 50 cards came out in 1995. They are all standard trading cardsize: 2 1/2" x 3 1/2". I currently have the 1995 set, new sealed in the box, listed: #235420476562.
I have scanned many of the cards so there will be no surprises for the buyer. You may see the same card in the photos and the scans, but there are no duplicates in the listing. They were pulled from packs and immediately protected. I have a large inventory of extras. Let me know if your are looking for any cards to complete your set.
