Both are regarding 1st Lieutenant Horace L. Haldeman, Company \"I.\" 20th Pennsylvania Cavalry.
Both signed by the Auditor for the War Department in 1896.
The left is dated 1865. Signed by the Assistant Adjutant General, E.D. Townsend
The right is dated 1888. Signed by the Assistant Adjutant General, J.C. Kelton
The frame measures 18 3/8\" by 13\".
