Antique Pair 2 HANDMADE LEATHER GAMING DICE 1800s Hand Painted VICTORIAN

Size Approx. 1.5\" across on each side, they are slightly different by a fraction on each side because of age, shrinkage to leather. They look significantly different side by side, which adds to their charm.

A fascinating pair,great for a collector and would look charming out on display. Such a unique piece of gaming history.

Completely handmade. Dots are painted on and the surface is painted white, which has darkened to cream color with age. The leather is hard but have some give when squeezed. They may be filled with sand or some other material.

Very good antique condition, this is an extremely unique collectible pair of handmade leather dice from the 1800s. The paint surface is cracked and crazed over all, which is consistent for age and use. Paint is stable and not flaking off. There are no splits or cracks to leather [just to surface paint] and no holes. Some wear to paint along corners and edges.
