No rips, no tears & no stains. This jacket has been aged and the emblem's appear to be dirty. Apparently this is part of the aging process. 4X appears to be the largest size they made. I'm 6' 5" tall and weigh 240 and this jacket fits me perfectly!! I usually struggle with the sleeves being too short for me. The sleeves on this jacket are perfect for me. I THINK YOU WILL LOVE THIS JACKET!!
