Lot 12 Vtg NEW 1975 Monte Carlo License Plate Toppers EMBOSSED STEEL 12x3 READ For Sale

Please ask any questions before you purchase as all sales are final. Sold as a lot. There are two of each topper with 2 each for each set of what must be backing pieces? Actual measurement looks to be 12 1/8 by 3 3/16. I'm not sure of when they were made, but the paper that protected them is brittle, so probably close to 1975. Custom made for a car club I would think. There may be a mark or two from storage, but they have not been used. If you want one set of a number please message me.
