* used in the box. The horse has been taken out of the box only to try and replace the battery. I was not successful in finding a new battery so I just put it back in its box . The place where the better comes off, it is unscrewed and laying in the box. The horses legs have never been taken out of the plastic. The box is in good condition with a small tear and normal wear for its age. ***The lights and sound are not working.
