Beautiful vintage Pendleton wool throw dating approximately from the late 1960s to the 1970s. It features a classic red tartan plaid with black, yellow, green, and ivory accents, finished with coordinating multicolor fringe on both ends.
The original blue and gold label reads:
“Pendleton Woolen Mills Portland, Oregon 100% Virgin Wool Pure Virgin Wool Made in U.S.A.”
The Woolmark symbol on the label was introduced in the mid-1960s, helping date this blanket to the late 1960s–1970s.
A timeless American-made textile that would look beautiful in a cabin, lodge, reading nook, guest room, or draped over a sofa or chair.
