This vintage military navigator watch was produced by Gallet & Co. under the Adanac brand, specifically designed for use by USAF and Canadian Armed Forces personnel. The case back features standard military procurement markings, including the NSN 6645-01-150-8115 and a production date of February 1986. This piece represents a significant era in military timekeeping, known for its asymmetric case design and high-visibility dial.
• Black dial with 12 and 24-hour Arabic numeral markers
• Bidirectional rotating bezel with 12-hour markings for dual-time tracking
• Asymmetric stainless steel case with screw-down battery hatch
• Black nylon webbing strap with steel buckle
Condition: Fair vintage condition. The watch is untested and needs cleaning. The crystal shows significant surface scratches and scuffing throughout. The case shows moderate wear and surface dirt consistent with age and service. The case back is marked: GALLET AND CO, 6645-01-150-8115, 211, 41608-85-D-0179, FEB 1986. The clasp is intact.
