Condition:
Good vintage pre-owned condition with age-related wear. There is a noticeable lighter/roughened square area on the back/top of the yellow hair, likely where a sticker or label was previously attached or removed. Minor marks, scuffs and finish imperfections are present elsewhere. Original “MADE IN DENMARK” foil label remains on the bottom. Please review all photos closely.

Charming vintage Danish wooden girl figurine, made in Denmark and featuring a wonderful Scandinavian Mid-Century Modern folk-art design.
The figure has a large round wooden head with bright yellow painted hair, a simple hand-drawn smiling face, and a red bell-shaped body decorated with a large white heart on the front and a small bow motif on the back.
The combination of natural wood, bold lacquered colors and simple geometric styling gives her a classic Danish Modern / Scandinavian folk art appearance.
The bottom retains its original gold-tone foil label reading:

Measures approximately 3 inches tall based on the measurement shown in the photos.
Please note: There is a clearly visible square-shaped area of finish loss/residue on the yellow hair at the back/top of the head. This appears consistent with a former sticker or label having been removed. There are also minor marks and wear consistent with age and previous display.
