Vintage Hair Comb Teaser Thin Narrow Small Teeth Rare Unique Blue 80s Retro For Sale

Please refer the pictures for condition and measurements. Estate purchase. I believe this is a comb to tease your hair with but I could be wrong. I’ve never seen anything quite like this. It’s very thin/narrow with very small teeth. As you can see in the picture one of the teeth is a little bit crooked towards the top. You might also see some scratches/scuffs here and there.
