Vintage Longaberger Heart Top Wrought Iron Basket Tree For Sale

This collectible display piece was manufactured for the Longaberger Company. It features a distinct forged heart-shaped finial at the peak and stands approximately 65 to 66.5 inches tall.Structure: The stand is constructed of heavy black wrought iron and breaks down into 3 separate interlocking pole sections. Hooks: It features 8 angled branches/hooks arranged spirally down the center post, designed specifically to hang and display multiple Longaberger baskets or small pottery pieces.Base: It sits on a stable, three-legged tripod-style wrought iron base.Historical Note: The heart-top version is one of the earliest iterations of the Longaberger basket tree. Due to massive initial demand, production was later moved to a different supplier, and the signature top motif was changed from a heart to a maple leaf.
