I have one of these automatic Sunbeam egg cookers and I just love it! It's so easy to make hard boiled eggs- just pierce the eggs and measure the water in the cap and set it. It pops off when they are ready! This vintage Sunbeam automatic egg cooker is in good condition and it has been tested and it does work. The bakelite lid does have chips on the bottom edge but that doesn't affect the operation of this cooker.
