Up for auction/buy-it-now is a superb vintage Case XX 6235 1/2 two-blade Jack Knife, produced between 1940 and 1964.
This piece comes straight out of long-term storage in a WWII footlocker and remains in impressive collectible condition.
Blades: Original carbon steel clip and pen blades. Full profiles with light natural age patina—no heavy grinding or loss of shape.
Mechanics: Exceptional walk and talk. 100% solid, crisp 10/10 snap back on both blades with zero wobble.
Covers & Frame: Gorgeous deep-jigged red/chestnut bone handles with zero chips or hairline cracks. Oval Case shield is intact and tight. Brass liners and nickel silver bolsters are firm and clean.
Tang Stamp: Clear, deep CASE XX block stamp on the main clip blade tang with pattern number 6235 1/2 stamped crisp on the reverse.
