Striking antique figural vesta or pocket match safe featuring an unusually elaborate raised design with multiple human faces/heads and a winged figure.
The detailed repoussé-style decoration wraps across the piece and gives this match safe a particularly unusual appearance. At least six individual faces or heads can be seen within the design, along with the prominent winged figure.
The match safe has a hinged lid and a textured striker surface along the bottom.
