Antique Milk Box. Metal with lid clamp 1950's vintage. If the milkman no longer comes to your neighborhood, you can still use this milk box in other ways. Use it as a stealth cooler on the back porch or in the garage or workshop. I'm pretty sure it can hold a 12 pack with ice.
Is it leakproof? Probably not, you'll have to determine that yourself.
Used in a Chicago IL suburb in the late 50's to very early 60's. It's pretty neat for its age.
Approximately 16 inches in height, 11 inches wide and 9 inches in depth.
There is no indication of who manufactured it.
