Unusual framed decorative clock by G. Burgess, London, featuring a handmade-style vintage motor car composition created from assorted watch movements, gears, clock parts and British coins. The display includes a Burgess quartz clock with Roman numeral dial, mounted against a black background within a gold-tone glazed frame. Coins visible include a 1949 Half Penny and 1949 One Penny, together with another period British coin incorporated into the car design. Maker plaque reads “G. Burgess · London”.
