This is an authentic vintage Japanese straight razor (Kamisori) marked Henkotsu (へんこつ). Henkotsu kamisori are sought after by Japanese razor enthusiasts and collectors, and this example has been carefully restored and professionally honed for shaving use.
The handle has been customized with a micro paracord wrap, providing a secure and comfortable grip while giving the razor a distinctive Japanese-inspired appearance.

This razor has been carefully hand-honed to bring out its shaving performance.
Sharpening Process: Finished on the renowned Shapton Kuromaku #12000 Japanese ceramic whetstone for a highly refined edge.
Finishing: Final edge finishing was performed using a DOVO leather strop.
Shave Ready / HHT Tested: The razor successfully passes the Hanging Hair Test (HHT). Please watch the attached video to see the actual sharpness and cutting performance.
