All products MUST be returned in their original packaging. If for example a clock was received in adouble container, return the clock with the double container. Hermle has the right to refuse a return if ithas been carelessly handled or lacks the original packaging materials. If a clock arrives damaged, a claimmust be made with the shipping company within 5 days of receipt.
•Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be returned in original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories.
•A restocking fee of 30% will be applied to all returns for any reason other than a defective or damaged item.
