Original production anime cel featuringAnna Puma and Uni Puma, commonly known internationally as the Puma Sisters,from the 1993–1994 OVA series New Dominion Tank Police.
This is an actual hand-painted productioncel created for the traditional cel-animation process.
The cel features both Anna and Uni togetherin the same composition, wearing their distinctive costumes and orange-hairedcharacter designs used in the 1993 J.C.STAFF production.
A handwritten production sequence marking“A-8” is visible near the upper corner of the cel.
No background artwork or production drawingis included.
Condition
Vintage original production cel.
The cel has some light overall wavinessfrom long-term storage.
There is no noticeable vinegar odor, and nosevere shrinkage or deformation typically associated with advanced acetatedeterioration is apparent from inspection.
The trace lines remain strong overall withvery little visible fading.
Important condition note:
There is substantial paper residue adheredto the reverse painted side of the cel.
Based on its appearance, the cel was likelyonce stuck to a backing sheet and later separated, leaving portions of paperattached to the paint surface.
Some paint disturbance and loss are visibleon the reverse where the paper had adhered.
Despite the reverse-side damage, the frontimage remains visually strong and displays well.

As this is an original production cel fromthe early 1990s, minor scratches, surface marks, waviness, paintirregularities, and other age-related characteristics may be present.

About New Dominion Tank Police
New Dominion Tank Police is the 1993–1994OVA continuation of Masamune Shirow’s Dominion universe.
