Item Description - Hey gang, we\'re back and pleased to offer our friends on eBay an opportunity to take home one of the rarest Vintage European Randonneur Bicycle accessories I\'ve ever owned. It came with a couple of bikes I purchased and shipped back to the United States on a trip around Europe, when I was in college, in the early 90s. I\'ve never seen another one like it, similar yes, but not identical, and believe me when I tell you, I\'ve kept my eye out for another one for decades and have come up empty. The bikes were French, that much I remember, their brand escapes me at the moment, they are all chrome and have beautiful lug work. Purchased from an elderly couple that toured around France w/ them. Anyways, I plan to dig them out and get them on the market this year. Yup,I still own them, they are still in the boxes I shipped them back in some 40 years ago LOL. Kinda sad, but kinda cool. Anyways, this is a vintage decaleur quill mounted handlebar stem rack, for a boxy type bag. No cracks, no issues, just needs to go to a new forever home. Shipping charges reflect the extra in insurance it will cost to ship, which is about $5 per $100 in extra shipping. The last photo is just and example stolen off the internet of house something like this is used, and is just an example. Hope you can use it! Enjoy!
