Vintage U.S. Army Combat Infantryman Badge / CIB made by N.S. Meyer Inc., New York.

Marked “STERLING” on the back with N.S. Meyer Inc. New York maker mark and 22M hallmark. Blue enamel front with raised rifle and wreath design. Clutch-back style with both clutch retainers included.

Badge shows age, patina, tarnish, finish wear, and surface wear from storage/handling. Please review all photos closely for exact condition.

Based on the 22M N.S. Meyer marking, this appears to be a 1960s / Vietnam-era sterling example.
