Released by Todd Consumer Corp., this unique novelty item was designed to encourage children to brush with the playful tagline: "It's fun to brush through the funny face!" Finding a complete, unused assembly like this surviving after nearly 60 years is exceptionally difficult, making it a must-have for serious vintage advertising or punch-out mask collectors.
- Condition: New Old Stock (NOS) / Very Good Vintage Condition.
- WITCH Mask Backing: The cardboard backing panel is intact, vivid, and completely unpunched. The colors are bright with minimal age-related wear, light handling marks, or edge scuffs. No major tears, deep creases, or heavy staining.
