J.F. GLIDDEN (farmer) DEKALB ILLINOIS "THE WINNER" BARBED WIRE 1874 - this surviving piece was found inside a huge oak tree that had grown around it when the tree fell in 2005. Untouched and natural aging. The piece is 17" long.
