DescriptionBeautiful antique set of five J.F. Wileman “Delhi” small plates, featuring an intricate floral and scenic transferware pattern in an unusual purple/lilac coloration.

Each plate measures approximately 5.5 inches in diameter. The design features a detailed central floral scene surrounded by an elaborate geometric and floral border. The backs are marked “DELHI – J.F. WILEMAN.”

J.F. Wileman was an English pottery manufacturer associated with the Foley Potteries in Staffordshire and is especially collectible for its late 19th- and early 20th-century tableware. These small plates make a wonderful addition to an English transferware collection and are especially attractive displayed as a grouping.
